WESTFORD - Nashoba Valley Technical High School is planning a District Technical Showcase on Sunday, Nov. 1, from noon to 3 p.m.
The showcase will provide eighth-graders in the district an opportunity to see the school, talk to instructors and take brief tours of their chosen technical programs.
Due to capacity limitations, the event is limited to families of eighth-graders only. Each student will be allowed to bring no more than one family member to the event.
“In lieu of our traditional open house, Nashoba Tech is pleased to offer a unique opportunity for our district eighth-graders to experience a technical program showcase,” Superintendent Dr. Denise Pigeon said. “This event has been designed to meet safety and health guidelines while also providing an opportunity for prospective students to register to learn more about our school right here on campus.”
To register, visit https://nashobatech.go2cte.com.
Each student registering must sign up for three cluster presentations to attend. These presentations will be held outside the school with a brief tour of the programs included. Each student must also provide the name of one family member or guardian that will be attending the event.
The deadline to register is Thursday, Oct. 29. For more information, call 978-692-4711, ext. 11123.
