Six students from the culinary arts program are headed to Gillette Stadium to participate in the 2025 ProStart Massachusetts Culinary competition on Tuesday, February 11th. The aspiring chefs are with their instructors, Chef Capraro and Chef Wilson, are headed to the famous stadium to compete against other technical schools from across the state. The team consists of Dana Murphy('26 cake decorating), Alexis Linstad ('26 dessert), Samantha Richards ('26 team manager), Tyler Zerbinopolus('26 knife cuts), Jillian Cambridge ('27 appetizer) and Colby Hebert ('26 main course).
The culinary competition highlights the creative abilities of each 5 person team as they prepare a three-course meal in 60 minutes, using only two butane burners with no access to running water or electricity. The team has assembled approximately 120 different tools that they will bring to the competition, along with about 60 ingredients.. Lets go Vikings! We are so proud of you!
