WESTFORD – Nashoba Valley Technical High School held its Annual Open House on November 3, welcoming prospective students and parents, as well as community members to tour the school and meet with teachers and administrators.

In addition to a full academic curriculum, students at Nashoba Tech can choose one of 18 technical programs to study: Advanced Manufacturing; Auto Collision Repair & Refinishing; Automotive Technology; Carpentry; Cosmetology; Culinary Arts; Dental Assisting; Design & Visual Communications; Early Education and Care; Electrical Technology; Engineering Technology; Health Assisting; Hospitality Management; Programming & Web Development; Plumbing & Heating; Robotics; Television & Media Broadcasting/Theater Arts; and Veterinary Science.

Nashoba Tech also offers Advanced Placement classes, Early College and Cooperative Education, through which qualified juniors and seniors can work in their chosen field every other week.

There is also a full slate of athletics and extracurricular opportunities, including Student Council, Drama Club, FIRST Robotics and Mock Trial.

Nashoba Tech’s district includes the towns of Ayer, Chelmsford, Groton, Littleton, Pepperell, Shirley, Townsend and Westford.
