ANGELA CONSTANTINE, SHANE BOUDREAU ARE MAY STUDENTS OF THE MONTH

WESTFORD — Angela Constantine of Westford and Shane Boudreau of Ayer were selected as May’s Students of the Month at Nashoba Tech.

Angela Constantine, daughter of Steve and Sarah Jane Constantine, recently completed her junior year in the Culinary Arts program. She is a high-honors student and has been inducted into both the National Honor Society and National Technical Honor Society. She is involved in the Robotics and Math clubs, and competes for the soccer and spring track teams. She would like to attend college after graduation,
perhaps to study engineering.

Angela was nominated by Culinary Arts Chef-Instructor Carley Capraro, who wrote: “Angela is one of the kindest, hardest-working students we have. She has come so far since her freshman year, and I couldn’t be more proud of her.”

Shane Boudreau graduated in June from the Plumbing & Heating program. He was a consistent honor-roll student, often earning high honors, and was inducted into both the National Honor Society and the National Technical Honor Society. He was recognized as Nashoba Tech’s Plumbing All-Star, one of 26 in the state by the Plumbing, Heating and Cooling Contractors of Massachusetts. He received a $500 scholarship and a
$200 Massachusetts Plumbing and Gas Code Book from PHCC. He also received the Technical Proficiency Award at Senior Awards Night, as well as the President’s Award for Academy excellence. He worked for a local plumbing company his senior year through the school’s Cooperative Education program.

He was nominated by Plumbing & Heating Instructor Ken Smith, who wrote:
“Shane goes about his business quietly and humbly, gets high honors
and is a great representative of Nashoba Tech.”
