HEALTH ASSISTING PROGRAM REBUILDS  BRIDGES WITH ASSISTED-LIVING FACILITYHealth Bridges 2016

With the start of the new school year, students in the Health Assisting program at Nashoba Tech rekindled their relationship with residents of Bridges by EPOCH, an assisted-living facility in Westford whose residents suffer from Alzheimer’s disease, dementia or other forms of memory loss. Students and staff who will be making regular visits to Bridges to help with the patients and keep them company include juniors, from left, Marcus Fields (Shirley), Sarah Maine (Pepperell), Shannon Winton (Pepperell), Kathryn Murphy (Pepperell), Colby Stacey (Ayer), Casaundra Fagundes (Pepperell) and Caroline Laiber (Townsend), Instructor Vickiann Poulin, and juniors Julia Champagne (Chelmsford), Arianna Patenaude (Pepperell), Elizabeth Blair (Chelmsford), Katherine Martin (Chelmsford), Madyson McGeeney (Westford) and Avery Burnham (Shirley).
