Meet the New Superintendent Superintendent Pigeon
Denise Pigeon

On February 29th, Ms. Denise Pigeon took over the reins  as Superintendent of the Nashoba Valley Technical School District.

Ms. Pigeon has worked at Nashoba Tech since 2005 when she joined the school as the director of curriculum. She was named principal in 2010.

"I am honored to serve as Nashoba's next superintendent," Ms. Pigeon said. "I care deeply about our school community and I am proud to work with our outstanding students and dedicated and committed staff."

"The district is filled with outstanding educators and outstanding students, and I look forward to working with them as a team," Pigeon said. "I'm excited to continue to serve the district in this new capacity." 

Superintendent Pigeon is a doctorate candidate at Nova Southeastern University. She has a certificate of advanced graduate studies in educational leadership and occupational administration from Fitchburg State University, a master of education in technology in education from Lesley University, and a bachelor of science in health education from Worcester State College.  

Ms. Pigeon has replaced Dr.Judith Klimkiewicz who officially retired on Dec. 31st after serving 20 years as Nashoba Tech's Superintendent.
